Frequently Asked Questions
What types of IV therapy does Unity offer?
Unity offers multiple IV options for hydration, nutrient replenishment, energy and metabolism support, immune function support, and general wellness. Available formulations include options such as Myers Cocktail, Quench, Get Up & Go, Timeless, and Immunity.
Do you offer vitamin injections?
Yes. Unity offers provider-directed B12 injections, including cyanocobalamin and methylcobalamin options.
What is NAD+?
NAD+, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a molecule involved in normal cellular metabolism. Unity offers different clinician-guided NAD+ options, with dosing and treatment time determined based on clinical review.
What is Niagen® NR?
Niagen® NR contains nicotinamide riboside, a precursor the body can use to produce NAD+. NR can increase NAD-related biomarkers, although meaningful broader wellness outcomes continue to be studied.
How long does IV therapy take?
Treatment time depends on the therapy, dose, and individual treatment plan. Some treatments, particularly higher-dose NAD+ therapy, may require a longer administration time.
Is IV therapy right for everyone?
No. IV therapy and injections may not be appropriate for everyone. Treatment is based on clinical evaluation and individual eligibility.
Will IV therapy give me more energy?
Certain vitamins and nutrients are involved in normal energy metabolism, but that does not mean IV therapy will necessarily make someone feel more energetic. For example, vitamin B12 does not reliably improve energy or athletic performance in people who already have adequate B12 levels.
